CONSTITUTION:A using information processor 1' transmits the diagnosing information ENQ' containing the time T1 delivered from a timing function 8 to a diagnosing information receiving part 51' of a stand-by information processor 2' from a diagnosing information transmitting part 41' via a mutual communication function 3. The part 51' performs a process based on the information ENQ' and transmits the time T1 to a time compensating part 53. The part 53 compensates the time T2 of a timing function 9 so as to make it synchronous with the time T1 and then sends the diagnosis answer information ACK' added with the error value DELTAT between T2 and T1 back to the processor 1'.
