Coil width is reduced toward an outer circumferential section in order to equalize the distribution of potential and improve dielectric resistance to the primary coil 4 at that time. A polyvinylidene fluoride film, etc. having large permittivity are used for an outer circumferential section and a polyester film, etc. having small permittivity are employed for an inner circumferential section in the thin insulator 11, and the distribution of potential of the coil to commercial frequency or impulse voltage is improved. Accordingly, ten thousands or more pieces of coils are easily prepared.
