Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the response velocity, by discriminating an output at an early stage of increasing or decreasing time of oxygen concentration by a mutually different discrimination level, at the time of discriminating the output from an oxygen concentration detection element at the discrimination level. CONSTITUTION:An output from an oxygen concentration detection circuit 14 is given to a differential amplifier circuit 15 from a terminal 26 and a signal in proportion to a voltage difference of input terminals 15a, 15b is given to a line 17. The signal level of the line 17 is increased proportionally until it reaches the first discrimination level of the first level discrimination circuit 18 and when it reaches the second discrimination level of the second level discrimination circuit 21, a high level output is generated on an output terminal 21c. When the signal level of the terminal 26 is increased moreover, a capacitor C1 of an integral circuit 16 is charged and the output of the line 17 is kept at the first discrimination level. When the signal level of the line 17 reaches the second discrimination level by decreasing the oxygen concentration, a transistor 30 is conducted because an output terminal 25 becomes a high level and the capacitor C1 is discharged and then, the signal level of the line 17 is made zero.
