As the motor 52 turns clockwise to the contrary, the idler 80 comes into press contact with a reel turntable 90. Thus, the turning force of the motor 52 is transmitted through the engagement between the driving gear 56 and driven gear part 60, so no contact pressure is required between the driving gear 56 and driven gear part 60, so that no contact pressure is applied to a motor shaft 54.
