Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the output resistance of a buffer circuit greatly by adding a few elements, and allowing a load element to contribute to the decrease in output resistance. CONSTITUTION:The drain of an MOSFET21 is connected to a power source 30, and the source is connected to an output terminal 28; and the drain of an FET22 is connected to the output terminal 28, and the source is connected to a power source 31. Further, the gate of an FET23 is connected to the output terminal 28, and the gate of an FET24 is connected to an input terminal 27; and the gate of an FET25 is connected to the output terminal 28, the drain and gate of an FET26 are connected to the power source 30, and the source is connected to the gate of the FET21. Furthermore, the drain and source of the FET23 are connected to the power source 30 and the gate of the FET22, the drain and source of the FET24 are connected to the gate of the FET22 and the power source 31 and the drain and source of the FET25 are connected to the gate of the FET21 and the power source 31. Thus, the load element FET21 contributes to a decrease in output resistance, which is decreased greatly.
