Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a pulverized material with uniform particle size in a short time by a method wherein a molding material of a thermosetting synthetic resin is pre-pulverized to form a coarse particulate material and a minute particulate material, the former particulate material is further pulverized by a roll mill and is mixed with the minute particulate material. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting synthetic material such as a phenolic resin, a melamine resin or the like is pre-pulverized, for example, by an impact type pulverizer to separately produce (i) minute particulate material having particle sizes smaller than a predetermined value and (ii) coarse particulate material larger than a predetermined particle size. The coarse particulate material (ii) is further pulverized to a predetermined particle size by the roll mill A comprising plural pairs of crushing rollers 3, 3 provided with a plurality of ridge parts 1 and groove parts 2 alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction. The material is then mixed with the minute particulate material (i), thereby obtaining the pulverized material efficiently.
