Abstract
PURPOSE:To obviate slide between aluminum system metals for avoiding seizure by making a rotor, cylinder and both side blocks of aluminum system metals and coating the inner surfaces of the cylinder and both side blocks with sheets or the like of ferrous metals. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1, cylinder 6 and both side blocks 7a, 7b are composed of aluminum system metals. Since the inner surfaces of said cylinder 6 and both side blocks 7a, 7b are coated with sheets 8a, 8b and liner 9 of ferous metals, slide between aluminum system metals is obviated and seizure can be avoided. Further, since the liner 9 is expanded while the cylinder 8 is heat expanded as the rotor 1 is heat expanded, clearances between the rotor 1 and the liner 9 and between the rotor 1 and sheets 8a, 8b can be maintained properly.
