Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve time efficiency and to prevent the occurrence of troubles, by comparing the temperature of the furnace with the set temperature and by turning off automatically burners and simultaneously sending outside air into the furnace to make it possible to lower the furnace temperature. CONSTITUTION:A blank 14 sent into the furnace from the preceding preceding process is heated and then is sent out of the furnace to the next process by an extraction roller 13. If the furnace temperature T at that time is higher than the set Temperature Ts by X deg.C, a part or the entire of burners 5, 6 and 7 are turned off and simultaneously outside air is sent into the furnace through ducts 22, 23 and 24. When the furnace temperature is lowered too much, burners are turned on to maintain it at the set temperature Ts. Thus the time efficiency is improved and the occurrence of troubles is prevented.
