Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily scan a linear plane by driving an actuator in synchronization with the rotating angle of a rotary mirror with a control circuit of the actuator and moving a light source in an optical axis direction. CONSTITUTION:This is a device of condensing the light beam emitted from a light source S with a lens L, scanning the same with a rotary mirror M and projecting a light spot onto a scanning plane, wherein an actuator AC and a rotary mirror M in correspondence to an input signal are rotated and controlled. Further, a control circuit CNT for driving the actuator C is provided, and the actuator AC is driven in synchronization with the rotating angle of the rotary mirror M under controlling with this control circuit CNT, whereby the light source S is moved in the optical axis direction. Thereby, the simple device which can make linear plane scanning of a light spot image is obtained.
