Abstract

PURPOSE:To set the output from a corona discharging electrode to an optimum exfoliating force adapted to the type of a transfer paper, by switching the discharge current of the corona discharging electrode for exfoliation of the transfer paper to a presribed reference value in accordance with the type of the transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:A switch S1 is switched automatically or manually in accordance with the type of a transfer paper and is switched for a thick form or a thin form by, for example, the storage tray of the transfer paper. Switching of the switch S1 changes the reference potential (- input) of an operational amplifier U1. This (- input) is dietermined by a refernce power source Vcc and resistances R0, R1, and R3. The operational amplifier U1 functions as a comparator to compare this reference potential with a corona discharge current value for exfoliation fed back to an earth point A. The output of the operational amplifier U1 is inputted to an output driving circuit 10, and a secondary-side high voltage induced by a transistor of the circuit is applied to the electrode of a corona discharging device 6 for exfoliation.
