Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a harsh shocking sound by preventing the generation of a pulse by holding the DC potential of the output terminal of an amplifying circuit constant without reference to the state of a muting switch, etc. CONSTITUTION:A signal from an input terminal 1 is superposed upon a DC bias through a capacitor C1, and while the resulting signal is inputted to a differential amplifier consisting of transistors (TR) Q3 and Q4 and a current source TRQ5, a DC bias having the same potential is applied to a differential amplifier consisting of TRs Q6 and Q7, and a current source TRQ8. The output terminals of those differential amplifiers are connected mutually through a base resistance R6 to be held at the same potential. A signal amplifier by the formed differential amplifier is outputted from an output terminal 2 through an AC coupling capacitor C3. Then, when a changeover switch S is operated to perform muting, the signal is cut off, cut the DC potential is maintained, preventing the generation of a shocking sound.
