CONSTITUTION:Colored non-foaming synthetic resin layer 2 containing foaming agent is provided on the surface of the base 1 in the form of a pattern and the whole surface of the base is coated flatly with synthetic resin 3 containing transparent foaming agent. Then, only parts of synthetic resin containing foaming agent laminated directly on the base provides foaming layer 4 by heating and foaming treatment and the synthetic resin containing foaming agent laminated on the parts 2 of synthetic resin containing foam inhibitor remains unfoamed and is kept transparent. Colors of non-foaming synthetic resin 2 containing foam inhibitor looks variegated when looked through resin layer 3 containing unoamed transparent foaming agent, besides the resin layer 3 containing unfoamed transparent foaming agent forms a protective coat over colored parts.
