Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet with markedly improved three-dimensional feeling, by applying a first foaming agent containing synthetic resin layer pattern like on a surface of a substrate having an uneven pattern, then covering on it a resin layer containing a second foaming agent of which a foaming temperature is higher than that of the first one. CONSTITUTION:A first foaming agent containing synthetic resin layer 2 is applied on a surface of a substrate 1 provided beforehand with an uneven pattern and a second synthetic resin layer 3 containing a second foaming agent of which a decomposition temperature is higher than that of the first foaming agent is covered on it, then these layers are heat foamed. These arrive to a final stage C via an initial stage B, a middle stage B', after all in the part where the first and second resins are laminated a foamed surface layer of the second resin is expanded by the cavity like core parts 4 which are traces of foaming of the first resin layer under the state where closure by the second resin layer is still kept and in the part where only the second resin layer is laminated an ordinary foamed uneven pattern contrary to an unevenness of the substrate is presented, thus two kinds of foamed uneven patterns are shaped.
