Abstract

PURPOSE: A band of plaste is cut into noodles and made wavy, then folded and passed through milling rollers into a band of plasta, thus preparing wheat flour plasta with good texture.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. of wheat floor and 28W55pts of water are kneaded and the resultant flour mixtue 1 is charged into hopper 2. The mixture is roughly milled with rollers 3 into a band of noodle 4a. The band is led to a roller cutter 6 and cut into noodle lines 7a. The noodles lines are guided to chute plate 12a, but the rotation of the roller 13 is slower than the peripheral speed of the roller cutter 6 and noodle lines become wavy. The wavy noodle lines are folded as they goes along the chute plate 12 and roller 13. Then, after passing on the chute plate 12b, they pass between milling rollers 5 into a band of noodle 4b.
