Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the temperature of a circulating medium to a set constant temperature state with saved energy, by raising the temperature of the circulating medium through the use of self-heating caused at a preparatory operation of a body to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A laser oscillator 10 is provided with a radiator 16, which is linked with a constant temperature tank 8 by a secondary piping 17. The tank 8 is provided with a heating element H and thermostates Th1-Th3 and connected to a cooling element 1 by a primary piping 9.
