Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of leaking magnetic flux and to improve detecting sensitivity of minute magnetic fields, by providing a bypass magnetic circuit, a magnetic probe utilizing a skin effect, and the like. CONSTITUTION:A secondary detecting circuit 2 is attached in parallel with primary magnetic circuits 1 and 3 so that upper and lower primary magnetic circuits 4 and 4 are symmetrical with respect to the circuit 2 on its left and right sides. Conductor plates 6 utilizing a skin effect are provided on magnetic pointers 5 in order to prevent the leakage of the magnetic flux. Thus the magnetic sensor is constituted. On the circuits 1 and 3, coils 7 and 9 which have the different winding directions and the same number of turns are provided. The sensitivity of the magnetic sensor is improved by the differential checking by the coils 7 and 9 and a coil 8 for the bypass circuit 2 and the prevention of the leakage of the magnetic flux by the pointers 5.
