Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a simple and precise calibration, by a method wherein a thin metal foil is used as a conductor generating a secondary magnetic field equivalent to a secondary magnetic field which emanates from a metal in a fusing condition. CONSTITUTION:A quasi fusing metal foil 6 is adhered to an insulating plate 5 such as wood or plastic. Aluminium, copper and the like are used as the metal foil 6 which is formed in a thickness having the degree of electric conduction equivalent to that of a fusing metal actually used with an electromagnetic type level gauge.
