CONSTITUTION:When a readout push button 11 and a write-in push button 12 of automatic return type are depressed at the same time, a logical sum signal ''11'' of data corresponding to each push button is transmitted from an input circuit 20. Simultaneously, an interrupting signal generating circuit 30 generates an interrupting signal and starts a processor 100. Thus, the processor 100 receives the signal ''11'' via a bus 70. Waiting is made for a prescribed time and signals are again received thereafter. If the signals of both cases are coincident, discrimination is made as to whether the signal is a readout signal ''01'' or a write-in signal ''10'', and the program moves to the corresponding program, respectively. If neither of them is in the case, whether the signal is the signal ''11'' is discriminated, and the programs goes to a check program only when the signal ''11'' is discriminated.
