If the computer is not in the normal programmed operation owing to a noise, etc., namely, when the output X of the output port is different from the signal to the input terminal IN, the circuit 20 outputs a constant- width resetting signal Y repetitively until the microcomputer returns to the normal operation, thus achieving automatic resetting.
