Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a container with electric heater by a method wherein a resistant film composed of a resistant paste is formed at a bottom part of the glass container which constitutes the container with electric heater having a heater at the bottom part of the glass container and then the film is closed by the base block. CONSTITUTION:The resistant film 2 is formed by a method wherein the outer side of the bottom surface of a transparent glass container composed of a heat resistant and shock resistnt glass is coated with a resitant paste in which nonconductive fine powder such as glass frit etc. is mixed with conductive fine powder such as ruthenium oxide etc. and further kneded with organic binder. Conductive paste in which both glass frit and organic binder are kneaded with conductive fine powder such as silver and organic binder, respectively, is coated on both sides of the resistant film 2 so as to form an electrode film 3, and then plugs 4 are soldered to each of the electrode films 3. Then, the base block 5 of synthetic resin is adhered, under its molten condition, to the bottom surface of the container 1, a pair of sockets 7 into which the plugs 4 are inserted and a receptacle block 6 hving a thermostat 8 therein are fitted with each other to complete a desired electric heating container.
