Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the distortion of a wound-up film belt by providing a guide roll to guide the film to a winding core with a servo mechanism for winding up the film uniformly and loosely as keeping the gap between the roll and the wound-up film at a fixed size. CONSTITUTION:After passing through a nip roll 10, a film belt F is wound up onto a core pipe 16 from guide rolls 11 and 12 via a tension roll 14 and an adjacent guide roll 15. At this stage, the wound-up amount of the core 16 is detected by a detection sensor 24. When a distance D between the core pipe 16 and the sensor 24 is reduced under a fixed value, an electromagnetic valve 26 is moved by an instruction unit 25 to send air to an upper side chamber 19b, and the whole body of a movable frame 13 with the tension roll 14 and the adjacent guide roll 15 with the detection sensor 24 are retreated almost in the radium direction of the core pipe 16. In this construction, the distance D can be constantly kept at a fixed value.
