Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily wind a film without creating wrinkles thereon by blowing air to the film in a widthwise direction during a step of winding or unwinding the film.
CONSTITUTION: An air duct 32 connected to a blower 33 by blast pipes 34, 44 is disposed between a spool 28 and a guide roller 30. By the construction, when a film 29 is taken up on the spool 28 or when the film 29 is unwound from the spool 28, air from the blower 33 is blown out from the air duct 32. An air flow 35 thus blown out causes the film 29 to laterally meander as at 29a. Accordingly, a variation of tension of the film 29 which may be produced by each rotation of the spool 28 due to an eccentricity of the spool 28 during winding will be absorbed by a change of the meandering amount of the film 29. Thus, creation of wrinkles on the film 29 can be prevented and appropriate winding and unwinding can be effected easily without employing an expander roller, a cross roller, or the like.
