Abstract
PURPOSE:To control speed of a conveyer severely by providing a control device for checking a deflection of the actual conveyer speed in comparison with a set speed with high accuracy and correcting the deflection in an automatic feed-back control system of conveyer speed for an auto production line. CONSTITUTION:A conveyer 1 interlocks with a power shaft of a VS motor 3 including an electromagnetic coupling 2 and a tacho-generator. A digital set value 5a of a digital speed setting device 5 is converted to an analog signal 6a by a D-A converter 6, and is converted to a reference input signal 8a through a level regulator 7 and a d.c. amplifier 8. An a.c. voltage signal 4a output from the tacho-generator 4 is regulated by a level regulator 11, and is integrated by an integrating circuit through a rectifying circuit 12 and a d.c. amplifier 12, so as to output a d.c. voltage signal 14a corresponding to the average speed per unit hour of the conveyer 1. The signal 14a is converted to a signal 15a by an A-D converter, and is indicated as the actual speed of the conveyer 1 in a digital speed indicator 16.
