Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain accurate tube voltage close to the set value, by automatically adjusting the difference between the tube voltage of an X-ray tube measured and the set tube voltage so that it is within scheduled permissible error range.
CONSTITUTION: The analog signal corresponding to the tube voltage of an X-ray tube is picked up with the breeder resister 8 for tube voltage measurement placed at the output side of the high voltage generation unit 4 and it is inputted to the subtraction circuit 14 via the amplifying circuit 12 and peak hold circuit 13. On the other hand, the tube voltage set value set at the setter 9 is inputted to the subtraction circuit 14 as the voltage signal from the set tube voltage indication circuit 11, where it is compared with the tube voltage peak value. The output signal of this result is converted into digital signal with the A/D converter 15, and the tube voltage automatic adjustment relay group 18 is driven through the decoder circuit 16 and relay driving buffer circuit 17 so that the tube voltage value of measurement and actual set can be equal each other, to control the automatic transformer for tube voltage adjusting.
