CONSTITUTION:A transmitter consists of a input circuit 1, a control circuit 2, a data register circuit 3, an oscillating circuit 4, a timing generating circuit 5, and an output circuit 6. Transmitted data are transmitted by being coded by two kinds of bits having a shot and a long transmission time. The control circuit 2 discriminates whether the total number of bits having the short transmission time is equal to or less than (total bit number minus one)/2 and, when the discrimination result meets requirements, inverts all bits of the data to transmit an inversion flag ''1'' and the inverted data. When not, a noninversion flag ''0'' and noninverted data are transmitted.
