Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a required signal detection without lowering a noise margin, by providing a comprator comparing an input signal with a reference level, a monostable multivibrator possible for retriggering and a binary counter. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 3 compares a level of a signal input (a) with a reference level (b), and outputs a binary signal (c) corresponding to the result of comparison. A monostable multivibrator 4 keeps an on-state for a time tau1 when the input IN changes from ''0'' to ''1''.
