Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance between a spurious vibration and vibration of a piezo-electric element and improve the quality of printing checking the generation of satellite particles by holding the resonance frequency of the piezo- electric element within 5 in terms of the pressure propagation ratio between a pressure chamber and a conduction path.
