Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable mass production of a gas laser tube by sealing a stem, a laser tube enclosure, a stem for connecting a fine laser tube, the enclosure and a cathode and a bulb for connecting a mirror support to the stem with sealing glass. CONSTITUTION:A stem 10, sealing glasses 7, 12, a mirror support 2 and a sealing tray 6, a mirror 4 and a sealing glass 3 are sequentially placed on an enclosure 1, are heated in a furnace, and are thus connected. Then, cathodes 5, 5' are filled in the enclosure 1, a stem 11, sealing glasses 7', 14, 13, a fine tube 8, a valve 15, sealing glass 12', a mirror support 2' and sealing tray 6', mirror 4' and sealing glass 3' are sequentially placed therein, are heated in the furnace, and are thus connected to complete the sealing of a laser tube.
