Abstract
PURPOSE:To fetch variation of a voltage as variation of the transmission quantity of light, by using a photoelectric converting element such as Bi12SiO20 being, a voltage-optical sensor, when detecting the voltage of an enclosed cable such as a conduit line gaseous cable, etc. or an apparatus. CONSTITUTION:On a bus part case 3 of an enclosed apparatus, a coupling electrode plate 4 opposed to a center electric conductor 1 is provided. Also, voltage induced to this electrode plate 4 is divided by a voltage divider 5. Output voltage of this voltage divider 5 is supplied to a sensor 6 and is fetched as a variation of the quantity of light by a photoelectric converting element 8. Said voltage divider 5 is formed by a primary electrode for high voltage 20, a secondary electrode for low voltage 21, and a tertiary electrode for voltage division 22, and these electrodes 20-22 are plate-like electrodes and are placed in parallel with each other. Also, to the secondary electrode 21, a hollow metallic pipe is connected, and a metallic rod insulated from the hollow pipe is made to pass through this center. When said primary electrode 20 and secondary electrode 21 are connected to the electrode 4 and the case 3, respectively and voltage of the hollow pipe and the center rod is applied to the sensor 6, voltage is detected as a variation of light by the element 8 and is measured.
