CONSTITUTION:An underground buried pipe 21 is constituted by forming an asphalt cover 23 on the outer periphery of a metal pipe 22. In the pipe 22, plural mobile bodies 25-28 are inserted, and they are connected to each other by flexible cables 29-31, always keep an interval constant and run in the direction as indicated with an arrow 45.
