Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a burden of a plant operator, by calculating a water quality clean-up time based on a stop time of a plant, and displaying a residual time of a clean-up time after water quality clean-up has been started. CONSTITUTION:When a plant is stopped, a stop signal (b) is inputted to a process input/output control part 12, and an operation control part 11 calculates renewedly a plant stop time based on the signal (b), and stores it in a plant stop time memory part 14. When a plant start command signal (a) is provided to the control part 12, the control part 11 calculates a wate quality clean-up (CL) time of each system, which is required for a power generation plant start schedule, calculates a water quality CL time of each system, based on a data which is stored in the memory part 14, and a relational expression which is stored in a relational expression memory part 13, displays it on a data indicator 17 through a message output control part 16, and also stores it in a CL time memory part 15. When the water quality CL is started, the control part calculates a residual time of water quality CL, based on a data from each memory part, displays it on the indicator 17 at all times, and also displays an elapsed time of water quality CL.
