Abstract

CONSTITUTION:In a chip 71, a microprocessor block MPU72 consisting of a controller, operation device register, clock generator and the like is formed and an interface block 73 is formed around it. A plurality of bonding pads 74 for lead frame connection are formed on further outer circumferential ridge. The MPU72 consists of an NMOS, CMOS, PMOS, FET and bipolar transistors, and the interface block 73 consists of similar FET, transistors and master slices such as resistor arrays.
