Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform cooling effectively without the influence of atmospheric temp. in summer seasons as well by controlling the air stagnating in room automatically to prescribed temp. by the cooling water from the spray nozzles on the ceiling surface of a coil cooling house. CONSTITUTION:Spray nozzles 2 of which the injection directions direct rather to lateral sides are provided along the ceiling part in a building 1 in the high positions over the entire part of the ceiling surface. Then, the cooling water from the nozzles 2 do not fall directly onto coils C, and is scattered into air. A detector 3 measuring the temp. and humidity of the air in the room is provided in the building 1, and the results of this detection is fed to a control device 5 which regulates the opening of the flow rate regulating valve 41 of a cooling water supply system 4. After the coils are carried into the boiling, a prescribed amt. of the cooling water is sprayed simultaneously from the nozzles 2. In this case, the rate of spraying is controlled to the prescribed rate. The sprayed water forms mists or steam on account of the temp. elevation by the heat of the coil in the room and does not fall in the form of liquid down to the coils C, thereby suppressing the tendency toward the rise of the temp. in the room.
