Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying a mechanism in such a manner that plural pieces of elastic partitioning blades are provided around a rotor so that the rotor is made to turn in an eccentric state in a hole of a case. CONSTITUTION:A rotor is securely arranged in such a manner as to be made to turn in an eccentric state in a case having in its inside a cylindrical hole. And, around a columnar body having the same width and length as the case of the rotor, plural pieces of bent partitioning blades or plural pairs of the partitioning blades and auxiliary partitioning blades, which are elastic and have the same width as the columnar body, are provided so that they contact inside surface of the hole. And, for instance, when a liquid flows in through an inlet 6, a sectional area of a flow path of upper part of the rotor becomes different from that of the lower part of the rotor, and therefore, a torque generates, and the rotor 2 turns while pressing the partitioning blades against the inside surface of the hole, and this number of rotations is measured by passing of magnetic metals 12 and 13, which are embedded into the rotor, under a magnetic pick-up 14, and by doing so, a flow rate is measured. It is possible, by using plastics, to manufacture a case and a rotor easily and at a low cost.
