Abstract
PURPOSE: To treat high concn. waste water economically in a short time by the flocculating and activating material obtd. by culturing of microorganisms by providing a flocculation reaction tank device, a sludge concn. tank device and a sludge sieving and dehydrating device.
CONSTITUTION: The raw sewage flowed through a sewage pipe 1 is accumulated in a reaction tank 2 of the primary flocculation reaction tank device A, and a flocculating and activating material is added thereto from a microorganismus flocculating agent supply tank 3 and a flocculating assistant from a flocculating assistant supply tank 4. After agitation and reaction, the sewage is separated to primary sludge and supernatant. The primary sludge is accumulated in a concn. reaction tank 12 of a secondary sludge concn. tank device B, and a flucculating and activating material is added thereto from a microorganisms flocculating agent supply tank 13. After agitation and reaction, it is separated to secondary sludge and supernatant. Thence, the secondary sludge is fed into a sludge sieving and dehydrating device C, where the greater part of the supernatant included therein is separated away with a sieving machine 23 extended with a wire net 22, after which it is further dehydrated by the operation of the press roller of a cylindrical rotating body 24 wound with an adsorbing material 26, thence it is stripped from the net 22.
