Abstract

A rod 12 has a protrusion 15 to face a through hole 14 formed on a lever 13, said protrusion 15 fitting into the through hole 14 by the closing action of the intake throttle valve 6 to press the lever 13 giving closing pressure to the valve 7 thereby controlling the flow of the exhaust introduced in an exhaust tubine 3 to rapidly reduce the rotation of the turbine and to reduce the supercharging by a compressor 5.
