Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep the finish condition of a food optimum at all times by a method wherein when the titled electronic range is provided with a sensor, the heater voltage of the sensor is made to be switched and the level of detecting voltage based on the voltage dependability of the sensor is varied in proportion to the switching condition of the heater voltage. CONSTITUTION:A voltage switching device 3 is provided in a heater 1 of the sensor 16 and the output side of the sensor 16 is connected to memory circuits M1-M3 through relay contacts A2 which are operated by relay coils A-C connected to timers TA-TC, respectively. The memory circuits M1 and M2 are adopted to store the outputs VSA and VSB of the sensor at the time when the relationship between the heater voltage values VA and VB is (VA>VB) and the memory circuit M3 is adopted to store the initial output voltage value V0 of the sensor at the time when the heater voltage is switched from VB to VA. Thus a multiplier 6 operates (VSB/VSA).V0 on the bases of these outputs VA, VB and V0 and a relay coil D is controlled through a detector 7 by using a value proportional to the operated value as a finish detecting voltage level.
