Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus which can synchronize with a vulcanizer by a method wherein a green tire is preheated at a suitable place in the course while a boader takes green tire and transfers it to a die in the vulcanizer and loaded on the die in the vulcanizer in a desired process after preheating is completed. CONSTITUTION:A loader 2 is dropped, the upper and the lower wall 26, 28 on an oven 3 are opened and a green tire 13 on a cradle 25 is kept with clicks 12, carried into the oven 3 and preheated for a desired time. All the while the tire is preheated within the range of temperature at which vulcanizing reaction does not occur uniformly by rotating a chuck 10, etc. After preheating is completed the chuck 10 rises as it holds the preheated green tire 13, an air cylinder 24 operates, revolves toward the vulcanizer 1, falls down to a desired height and puts the green tire on the lower die.
