CONSTITUTION:Malt substrate is supplied from the chute 2 onto the porous disc 1 and then malt layer is piled up by driving the rotary axle 7 after regulating the angle of the movable puddle 14 to B through the ring 18 following the transfer of the reciprocating axle 17 to the axial direction. The movable puddle 14 of the operator 4 is adjusted as shown in A and C to perform the cutting of malt, the inversion of malt layer, etc., during malt manufacturing process. After the completion of malt manufacture, the movable puddle 14 is adjusted as shown in B to take malt on the porous disc 1 out of the malt chute 3. Thus, each operation can be performed by only one operator and thus the malt-manufacturing apparatus can be simplified.
