Abstract

PURPOSE:To acceleate the atomization of fuel by flowing mixture gas through a sub passage having a sectional area smaller than a main passage at the low speed operating time. CONSTITUTION:A suction passage b has a main passage b1 and a sub passage b2. The passage b2 is exclusively used as a passage which flows mixture gas at the low speed operating time of an engine mounted out of a boat, is partitioned from the passage b1, and has a sectional area smaller than the passage b1. Since the mixture gas therefore flows through the passage b2 at the low speed operating time of an engine, the passage b2 has small sectional area so that the air flow velocity from the upstream side is fast, with the result that the atomization of fuel at a throttle 6 can be accelerated.
