Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit fine adjustment of the amplification degree by a converter wherein an adjustable resistor group capable of being varied in resistance stepwisely or continuously is connected between respective input terminals of first and second operational amplifiers which receive a signal from a load cell at their respective the other input terminals. CONSTITUTION:The weight signal from a load cell is input to first and second operational amplifiers each having a feedback resistor, while an adjustable resistor group comprising a combination of variable and fixed resistors is connected between respective the other input terminals thereof, so that the amplification degree may be adjusted. Then, outputs from both the operational amplifiers are converted into a digital signal via a third operational amplifier and an A-D converter. For example, output from a load cell 31 is fed to operational amplifiers 42 and 43. Both the operational amplifiers can be adjusted in the degree of their amplifications by an adjustable resistor group 52. Further, outputs from both the operational amplifiers are fed to a third operational amplifier 44 and then its output is converted into a digital signal through cooperation of a zero point adjusting circuit 71, reference voltage generating circuit 81, protection circuit 91 and an A-D converting circuit 100.
