Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to adjust high and low band characteristics independently and arbitrarily, by controlling the ratio of positive and negative phase components at a differential amplifier, through a direct current control voltage. CONSTITUTION:When the same voltage is fed to high band control input terminals 52, 53, the positive and negative components of high band passing signal current flow to the collector of TRs 21, 22 equally, and they are cancelled at a load resistor 49 and no high band signal is output. The ratio of current of high band signal flowing to TRs21, 23 can be controlled by changing the control voltage of low band control input terminals 54 and 55, and the high band-passing signal quantity of positive or negative phase component can be added to the flat signal current from TR13 by controlling the amplitude. When much positive phase component is added, the high band is increased and when much negative phase component is added, the high band is decreased in the output signal. Similarly, the low band component in the output signal can be increased or decreased by controlling the low band control voltage fed to the terminals 54, 55.
