CONSTITUTION:A voltage applied to terminal IN is applied to the non-inversion input terminal of operational amplifier 3, the output terminal of amplifier 3 is connected to center position A of the resistance element of variable resistor 22 with its slider grounded through resistance 23. The resistance value of the resistance element of resistor 22 and that of resistance 23 are much less than those of resistances 4, 5, 8, 9, and 11-14. This circuit constitution increases or decreases linearly the gain of a tone control circuit, when frequency characteristics are flat, to the positive or negative side by moving the slider of resistor 22 and can also realize boosting and cutting at a frequency characteristic side or low-band side.
