Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a sinusoidal output voltage at the secondary coil side by flowing a base current of the synthesized value of a value operating in the active range of a switching transistor and a value operating in the saturated range and hence the sinusoidal half-waveform. CONSTITUTION:A rise controlling circuit 2 having an inductor L and a capacitor C5 is interposed between the base of a switching transistor Tr and a base resistor R1, and a resistor R3 and capacitors C6, C1 are connected in series with the base coil NB connected to the base side of the transistor Tr, thereby forming a closed circuit. The base current of half-waveform is applied to the transistor Tr, and the base current of the synthesized value of a value operating in the active range and a value operating in the saturated range is flowed in the ON time duration of the transistor.
