Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain extremely high adhesive strength among strands by performing rolling treatment working to a flat type self-fusing insulating wire, which is formed by successively shaping an insulating layer and a self-fusing layer on a flat type conductor, from the upper section of a film layer. CONSTITUTION:The insulating layer is formed onto the flat type metallic conductor, and the self-fusing layer is further shaped onto the insulating layer. The flat type self-fusing insulating wire obtained in this manner is rolled and worked from the upper section of a film. A plurality of the flat type self-fusing insulating wires are stacked and a composite conductor is formed, or the odd number of them are joined with each other and a transfer conductor is shaped. Insulating paper or a plastic tape is wound on the composite conductor or dislocation conductor being obtained. The self-fusion type composite winding acquired in this manner has extremely high adhesive strength among the strands, and a coil prepared by using said winding has extremely high strength.
