PURPOSE:To decrease the variance of measuring values and noise, by detecting the electrode potential of the same ion in the solution to be measured using the plural electrode potential measuring systems and measuring the ion concentration by the sum of the electrode potentials. CONSTITUTION:Partition walls 3a, 3b are provided at the inside of a receptacle 2 having a cover 1 and three cells 4a, 4b, 4c, for measuring ion concentration are provided in the receptacle 2 independently each other. Ion selective electrodes 7a, 7b, 7c measuring the same ion concentration and reference electrodes 8a, 8b, 8c, are provided to each cell 4a, 4b, 4c. These three sets of electrode potential measuring systems are connected in series with lead wires 10a, 10b. A voltage signal detected by the ion selective electrode is connected with a calculation display mechanism 14 through an impedance transducer 13.
