Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of sample water and change in the flow rate by arranging a variable type decompressor of a sample water with no ground sectionwhile the pressure of the sample water is always retained at set level. CONSTITUTION:When a cylindrical cover 58 on the inner surface of which a stator magnet 56 is mounted turns, a rotor magnet 46 rotates to turn a screw shaft 38 and a mobile ring 36 fitted with core wires 32 and 34 is moved. The screw shaft 38, the rotor magnet 46 and the like are housed in a decompression casing 40 and a cylindrical can 49 and has no ground. The pressure of a sample water in a sample water inlet piping 22 is compared with a set pressure by means of a proportional controller and when changes in the pressure are detected, and action signal is applied to a servo motor 66. With the rotation of the servo motor 66, the cover 58 is turned to change the insertion length of the core wires 32 and 34 into a pressure ajusting tubules 26 and 30 so that the pressure of the sample water of an outlet piping 28 will be kept constant. Thus, leakage of the sample and changes in the flow rate can be prevented.
