Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent lining condition by connecting a coded substance longer than a pipe with the free end of a cylindrical lining material, providing a speed controlling device for sending the lining material to the back of a pressure vessel and regulating the inverse speed by the lining material and the coded substance.
CONSTITUTION: The front end part of a cylindrical lining material 1 is pulled out of a reel 13, put on the rollers 11, 11' of a sending speed controlling device 10 in an S form and then inserted from the slit 4 of a pressure vessel 2 into the pressure vessel 2. A rocking segment 5 is lifted by a lining material 1 as in the figure, the lining material 1 penetrates the pressure vessel 2 and its end is fixed circularly by a mouth piece 3. Pressure fluid is then introduced from an inlet 7, the pressure vessel 2 is pressed on its inside, a motor 12 is driven to rotate rollers 11, 11' of the sending speed controlling device 10.
