Abstract
PURPOSE:To offer a high performance safety valve with stable working current, which incorporates a spring to energize the valve element and moving iron core, by setting the spring separation force to be applied at the time of core attraction smaller than conventional value without costing reduction of the valve closing force. CONSTITUTION:A moving iron core 5 facing a fixed iron core 1 is mounted at one end of a rod 6 in such a way as able to swing its head freely and, at the same time, is coupled with the valve element 7 mounted on the other end of the rod 6. This rod 6 is born slidably by the bearing part 9 arranged in a casing 8. Main spring 10 is in contact by its one end with the casing 8 and, by its other end, with an auxiliary spring 14 through a spring seat 13, and a stopper 15 is to restrain the deflection of the auxiliary spring 14. Accordingly, the forces of the compression coil spring 10 and auxiliary spring 14, arranged in series, work through the rod 6 to actuate the valve element 7 at the time of the valve being closed and the moving iron core 5 at the time of iron core being attracted.
