Abstract
PURPOSE:In a complex cycle where a gas turbine and a steam turbine are combined, to improve the thermal efficiency by performing the reheating of the gas turbine cycle and the heat supply to the steam cycle with a steam generator also used as the reheater of the gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:At the gas turbine side the compressed air from a compressor 1 is burnt with the fuel 4 in a burner 2 to produce the high temperature high pressure gas which is led to a turbine 3 to perform the work. The burnt gas from the turbine 3 is burnt again with the fuel 8 in a reheater 5 thus to perform the heat supply to the steam cycle side through a superheater 6 and a reheater 7. The burnt gas from the reheater 5 will rotate the turbine 9 to drive a generator 10 then led to an exhaust gas recovery boiler 11 and perform the heat supply to the steam cycle side again. While in the steam cycle the supply water through a water supply pump 17 will become the saturated steam through a coal economizer 18, steam water drum 20 and an evaporator 19 while furthermore heated by a superheater 6 into a superheated steam which is led to a high pressure turbine 12.
